Widely Known Abilities include: Being a good butler, putting up with Frankie's shit, cleaning up after Frankie, making Frankie's tea, taught Frankie to play the violin, surprisingly a good cook.

Abilities that no one knows about or at least doesn't believe Frankie when he tells them this shit: Good with a sword, especially duelling, can throw a mean dagger, really good at playing darts, knows how to subdue a man using the choke-hold, can ice skate like a pro, knows how to dance, plays a mean hand of cards, decent archer, adept horseback rider.

He is patient, like very patient, like insanely super incredibly absurdly patient because he is Frankie's butler, one simply cannot be Frankie's butler and not possess more Patience than the size of Corypheus' ego, which is big cuz the dude tried to take over the world. He is quiet, he doesn't say more than needs to be said, not a chatty Kathy this one, probably one of the reasons Frankie has put up with him for so long, that and he's known Alfred pretty much his entire life. He's intelligent, he listens well, he's compassionate, but not a bleeding heart type. He has a lot about his past he doesn't talk about, not so much that he keeps it secret, but again, not a chatty Kathy so he doesn't go off blabbing about his life to just anyone standing around. He can be very sarcastic at times, especially when he's putting up with Frankie's shit, and probably has on occasion considered poisoning Frankie, at least to shut him up and make him sleep, not like kill him. He doesn't always travel with Frankie, sometimes he stays at the Royal Estate in Antiva, other times he goes off doing his own shit, it's rare but hey, it happens, there IS life outside of Frankie regardless of what Frankie may tell you.

Pre-Frankie History

Yes, despite what Frankie may try to tell you, Alfred did indeed have a life before he went to work for Frankie's family. An eventful life full of interesting things and intrigues and love and passion and a full fun life. Now much of this history he hasn't told anyone, not even Frankie, it often pops out at surprising times, when only Frankie is paying attention and then when he tries to tell people, no one believes him, "He's just a butler Frankie". Frankie knows different though. Most people don't know where Alfred is from, as far as anyone knows he's spent most of his life in Antiva and for all intents and purposes, Antivan is what he identifies with. The truth is that he was actually born in Orlais. He was once a Chevalier and even had a wife for a time.

He fought at the Battle of River Dane in 8:99, where he was badly wounded and watched his older brothers die on the field. He managed to survive and escape capture by the forces led by Loghain. He hates Loghain by the way. He stuck around in Orlais for a bit longer, but he was tired of the Grand Game, and the politics. He was married but when he was 29 his wife died in childbirth, losing the child as well. He finally just derped off into the sunset looking for a new life.

Post-Frankie History

All of this bits, are much more widely known around the Royal Estate. Alfred showed up in Antiva City looking for work, he wanted a simple life with no fighting. Around this time Frankie was just a toddler and was hired onto the Campana House to do general Butler duties for the entire household, eventually becoming Frankie's personal butler, though when this happened isn't clear, as it just sort of happened. He's worked with Frankie the last 45 years or so, most of Frankie's life. Frankie proves to be a full-time job, and he hasn't had time for much else.

He is currently searching for Frankie per Eularia's request as he is missing with amnesia and presumed dead by the rest of the world.
